I am proud to say that I have been selected to take park in Art & York RAW Talent this year. The program take 12 up and coming talented Artists and provides mentoring and support to enable them to launch their Art careers.

Bethany Kohrt

Bethany is an English artist living and working near to the Bavarian Alps in Germany. Bethany builds up layers using paint and drawing until a rich texture evolves with a beautiful history of addition and subtraction.

Debbie Mahaffey

Living in County Durham, rural life is just a short walk away and with close family links to farming, inspiration is never far away. It was in April 2018, with spring turn out just around the corner, that the artist’s latest body of work was born. It embodies the essence of spring, new beginnings and a perfect place to start.

Holly Nowak

first studied textile and surface design in Aberdeen at Gray’s School of Art where she specialised in print and mixed media textiles. Four years later in 2018 she completed an MA in Textile Innovation at Nottingham Trent University, specialising in sensory knitted textiles and the Hungry Ghost was born.
